Cadillac CTS Coupe delayed until summer of 2010

The production 2010 Cadillac CTS Coupe was scheduled to make its debut at the 2008 LA Auto Show after which it was delayed until the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. Well, both auto shows have come and gone and GM has yet to release the much anticipated model.

According to Joanne Krell, a GM spokeswoman that spoke with Automotive News, the 2010 CTS Coupe had been scheduled to go into production later this summer but has now been delayed until the summer of 2010.

“We made a few changes to the overall portfolio,” said Krell. “Obviously we are in a challenging economic time, and one of the changes is to move the coupe back a year. Instead of coming out this summer, it will come out next summer.”
